Deskjet 3520

My hp deskjet 3520 will not print the black ink after I put a new cartridge in. I even put a second new cartridge in and it still will  not print the black ink.

Are you able to copy in black?

  1. Load plain, white paper into the paper tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow  to select Settings, and then press OK.

  3. Press the Down Arrow to select Tools, and then press OK.

  4. Press the Down Arrow to select Print Quality Report, and then press OK.

Let me know if you see any black on this report.

Printer will not print black..........tried 3 new HP cartridges, cleaned the printhead, did partial reset.........very frustrated
