Product: Deskjet 2630
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My brand new 2630 all of a sudden starts printing 1mm off the left page side. I've tried countless printer alignment attempts. I've deleted the printer. Downloaded and reinstalled the HP software, restarted my Mac, reset the printer according to the specs, but to no avail. 
The printed text almost touches the left page side. The document is just a default text document which I used before without problems. No extreme margins or such. Using any other text document didn't make a difference. The printed alignment page prints fine, though and scanning it also no problem. The printer doesn't seem to "know" that it isn't aligning as before. 

Please advise.

Have you tried printing from different applications?

What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?

 

Meanwhile, ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:

Update software on Mac
