Product: HP OfficeJet 8020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have looked through previous posts and:

 

Checked greyscale is off at both the application (word) and printer level

I have cleaned and aligned the print heads

I have run the print quality report several times (no color is printed)

Switched on and off

 

What else can I try?

Did you remove the shipping tape from the color cartridge?

Yes I did -

I think it has worked before but now it has stopped
