Welcome to the HP Support Forums!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel!

 

I understand that you are having trouble while printing color using your Android phone. I'd like help 🙂

 

To assist you with this issue, I need to know whether the printer can make a "Photocopy" or not.

Place a color document face down on the scanner glass and press the color copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not.

 

If the copy works fine, then try using the HP All-in-One remote app (HP AiO remote app) to print from your Android device. Go to play store and install the HP AiO remote app on your phone.
