Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 All-in-One Printer and it has stopped to print though the ink levels are full.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Do you receive an error message while trying to print?
  • Is the printer able to make a copy?
  • Are the printer drivers/software installed in your computer?
  • Is the printer connected via USB or a wireless connection?

Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

  • If the printer is abe to make a copy then it indicates that the printer hardware is fine and indicates towards a software issue.
  • Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
  • Disconnect any other cables if connected the printer.
  • Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
  • The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector. Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.
  • Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. This is a free tool for Windows to help resolve printing and scanning problems.

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Please feel free to let me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂
