Product: HP OFFICE JET PRO 6978

Recently my printer has not been printing properly even with brand new ink. It doesn’t make blues and the printing is streaky and faded. I have done all diagnostics on the printer that are suggested.

There is not to much that can be done besides cleaning the print head.  There are not to many service parts on this machine.  Since its not that expensive of a machine most people buy a new one when it starts to give issues.  A new print head cost almost as much as new machine.  Hope this helps
