HP Envy Photo 7100 series

It was working fine.  I haven't changed anything, to my knowledge.  I have used print and scan doctor several times also powered it down several times.  I am still having the same issue?

Usually this is due to the driver.  It might need to be updated along with the firmware do that and it should help you problem

Thank you.  Although I had already uninstalled and reinstalled (presumably with the latest software), I downloaded the latest driver, after another series of turning everything on and off, restarting etc it seems to be working fine now 🙂
