It was working fine. I haven't changed anything, to my knowledge. I have used print and scan doctor several times also powered it down several times. I am still having the same issue?

Thank you. Although I had already uninstalled and reinstalled (presumably with the latest software), I downloaded the latest driver, after another series of turning everything on and off, restarting etc it seems to be working fine now 🙂
