My printer has the error code 0X80000924 UNDERCROFT C and won't work.

Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware

Check for any jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document.
