Follow the steps below to isolate and resolve the issue-
With the printer turned on, open the exterior door, and then open the printhead access door.
The printhead carriage moves to the center of the printer.

Install the printheads.
Insert the black printhead into the right slot.
Insert the tri-color printhead into the left slot.

Close the blue carriage latch by pushing down firmly until the latch snaps into place.

HP recommends opening and closing the printhead access door 3-4 times to remove any ink buildup and maintain the best print quality.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
