Product: HP 6812

My printer was working fine yesterday. then the above error message came up, only selection is "okay" but nothing happens. I took the ink cartridges out inspected, noting looks damaged. Thank you for your help in advance

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

I suggest you follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 based on the cartridge

 

If the issue persists I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
