Product: Officejet Pro X476dw MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I send a print job to my printer, it opens its output door and flashes a message asking me to clear a paper jam out of the output tray. There is no paper in the tray or inside the printer except for that in the paper tray. I open the left side door of the printer, check for paper, close the door, and hit the OK button. The printer flashes the false error message again and refuses to print. Please help.
