Hello,

Which button on the printer is having steady orange light ?

However, try the below steps to check if there is any improvement in the situation.

  1. While the printer is ON, Unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
  2. Wait for 60 seconds.
  3. Now plug in the power cord directly to wall outlet and then to the back of the printer.
  4. If the issue still persists, use the below URL that describes the blinking light status and steps to be performed to fix the issue respectively.
