Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there,

 

My printer only print in black & white from my computer but it works in color from my phone.
I have try to look everywhere in the settings to put in color but it doesnt work.
It used to work in the past i dont know why it doesnt work anymore.

Of course i have colour in my printer 🙂

I called the hotline and they said that i had to install the HP PHOTOSMART 6520 driver for my printer.
Here : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL43763/mp-108725-2/PS6520_Basicx64_1315.exe
Thats what i did and its working now.

You have to go install the package .exe then go to your printer properties and replace the driver by the new one.

 

Hope it will help someone who have the same problem.
