I just hooked up my HP Photosmart 7520 printer wirelessly and now when I open the printer in my Mac I see the device but  when I tabe on it and it searches for the printers info it comes back with no information and a message of "printer offline." I am unable to print anything and the troubleshooting documents online are giving me the run around. Help!!!

I did that prior to posting but when it told me to go into my printer settings and bring up the print que and it does not see the printer info it says to close the troubleshooting and look for a document about network connectivity.  That is why I said it gives me the run around because when i found that document it told me to go to the same troubleshooting document so I am stuck.

There is no document at this link and I am having issues with my 7520 showing as offline from my MAC and my iPhones.

Same problem here, I am on a Mac (El Capitan 10.11.3) and in the printer settings it shows "Offline". New installation of original HP-Drivers didn't solve the problem. The printer is connected to Wifi an online services on the printer work (so the connection is setup correctly). After opening HP Utility it first shows a communiction error, after 6 to 10 minutes the printer is suddenly online. But only for about 10 minutes, then it shows offline again.

This problem appeard very sudden in January, never had this problem before.

I hope, there is a solution:).

Problem still not solved, reset of printer, driver and mac didn't help. Sometimes it takes two to three hours, before the printjob starts at all. Until then Mac tells me, printer not connected and then miraculously it starts printing... until the next job. I need the whole day to print 5 documents....

Maybe different printer not from HP solves the problem....
