Printer does not print even with new ink. It worked yesterday but not after putting in new ink. Could the new ink be bad? Will the place I got the ink give me new ink to see if the problem was not with the printer but the newly purchased ink.

Are you getting any error message while printing?
Are you able to make copy?
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page
Load plain white paper in the input tray.
From the printer control panel, open the Setup menu.
Open the Reports or Tools menu.
Touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic Page prints.
