Envy 4512
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can only print a test page from my Envy 4512 in color. All other printing is black & white. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it does not matter. I get an error message when I try to load my preferences. It is Function address 0x8e069129 caused a protection fault, (exception code 0xe06d7363). Two messages are in my HP account that I can not fix.   They are:  FIX WINDOWS 10 UPDATE ISSUES and FIX INTERMITTENT PRINT SPOOLER  SERVICE ISSUES THAT MAY CAUSE PRINT JOBS TO FAIL POST A WINDOWS UPDATE. Can someone please help me?

I have a Microsoft Windows 10 64 bit system and my laptop is an HP Pavilion I bought a little over a year ago.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print color.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
