My printer won’t get rid of the printer needs paper message

My printer won’t stop showing printer needs paper messages when printing regular pages from emails. I hard reset it and went off however as soon as try to print then message appears again

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • Which device are you using to print?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Try making a standalone copy and check if the error persists. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

For now, update the printer firmware
