Hello,
My printer kept on flashing red and saying that there was no paper or ink when there was paper but I'm not sure if there was ink, so I brought black and tri-colour hp ink for my first ink replacement. After I replaced both ink cartridges it still flashed as if there was no ink or paper when there was both. Nevertheless, when I tried to print out a 1-page document a weird page was printed out saying 'for better print quality, place this on the glass, and then press a copy button'. When I first got my printer, the same page was printed out and when I copied it my printer worked, so I copied it again this time but my printer still won't work and keeps on reprinting the same page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
