My wireless network is not showing up in the list of networks in my Wireless Setup Wizard

Envy 5665
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Envy 5665 printer, and am not seeing my wireless network name in the list of network names in my Wireless Setup Wizard.

Even when I connect my printer to my computer, I am still unable to print a document.  This printer worked fine till I moved to this new office.  I had no trouble connecting to the wireless network in my old office. But in this new office, the network does not even appear in my setup wizard.  Please help!

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:

    http://www8.hp.com/au/en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
