NEED RESPONSE PRINTER DOESN'T START

HP Officejet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer turns on and power light blinks, then the progress bar freezes and it makes a noise, a clicking noise and then the automated "jingle" I need this response answered ASAP

I have tried hard reset as outlined in the response found in this thread  https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/HP-OfficeJet-3830-printer-power-light-blinking-console...

But that does not work. I expect help or a new printer as I ALWAYS have issues with these HP printers.

This seems to be a hardware issue.

 

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
