Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Model: HP F380

Series:300

Problem: Cannot download from the hp-website as the file stops about 10% everytime....

Im tired of searching malware sites. I need the file exclusively from an HP employee. Other pages do not cut it.

Secondly its not because of the operating system or firewall as ive been trying to download this file since last year. It always starts to download and then quits. (FAILED completion).

its impossible to believe that im the only one with this problem or the only one left with this "aged" printer/scanner.

I would like for someone to provide a viable download link for the Version: 14.8.0
File Name: AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_408-4.exe (326.2 MB) driver. Thanks.

So it did work but the boys from Bangladesh hung up on me. Pathetic quite frankly. Had a bogaWut moment when they tried to charge me 50USD for a remote connection. Service rated 1/5.

I've changed two operating systems (laptops and desktops) and a new modems . Its not my end.

Snapshot.

@GR22102, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Use this link to download and install the new driver. Configure the printer and try printing.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you try the Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps below:

•    Go to Control Panel - Devices and Printers - Click on "Add printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.

•    When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.

•    Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.

Refer to this document HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver for help.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
