Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP Ink account. My colour ink was running low so ink was shipped out but to my old address as I hadn't updated the address. How do I go about ordering some more ink?

I understand that you have an HP instant ink account and the color ink cartridge has been shipped out to your old address. N to worry, I'll e glad to assist you with this case.

 

Here is an HP document which helps you in changing your shipping and billing address as per your requirement. 

 

In case you need further assistance from me then please reply to my private message with your instant ink account details. Since instant ink account details are confidential, I suggest to share the information via a private message only.
