I need a regional reset of my printer settings.  I moved from Qatar to the Netherlands in 2015 and have not been able to use local printer cartridges since 2015....Only since a short while ago I found out this has to do with regional settings.....  Bought (and trashed !) many original HP cartridges since 2015 without luck.....  I do not want to pay 20 euros for extra service, I expect help from HP to send me the code to change the regional settings from the Middle East to Europe.....

Hi,

Do you have a full set of genuine and in-warranty HP 364 Black, Yellow, Magenta and Cyan cartridges available?

 

You should have the entire set available and the printer connected to a Windows PC or a Mac computer.

 

Next, contact HP Support in Netherland via Facebook  by sending a message, explain that you  have moved with the printer from another country

Hi,

Thanks for your quick reply.  I have contacted HP over Facebook and will await their answer. Will let you know once the problem is resolved.  I have genuine HP cartridges.
