Envy 7155 ink cartridge
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a HP 64 Ink Cartridge for my Envy 7155 printer.  When installed it indicated a cartridge error and I could not get that to clear, I purchased a replacement and it works fine, so the issue is with the cartridge, not the printer.

I purchased it at Walmart, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM and when I went to exchange it was told they do not do exchanges on open ink cartridges and that I would have to contact HP directly.

So I wasted almost an hour of my time, buying it, trying to get it to work, then trying to return it and ended up having to purchase from Office Depot (who does allow swaps) for $3 more.

I cannot find where I would need to send this information to either receive a refund or another print cartridge that I honestly won't need for a bit, I don't do much printing.  Also wanted to make sure HP was aware of the Walmart policy.
