Product: HP Deskjet 2630
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My printer is showing a warning light for ink but I have just installed new cartridges. It printed the test sheet but when I put a job in it showed the warning and won't do anything now. It did this once before and I got new cartridges and returned the old but now it is doing it again, they are official cartridges. I have tried with the old cartridge and it works but the new cartridges are still not responding.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the ink cartridge issue. 

 

As the old ink cartridges are working, this is an issue with the new ink cartridges. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the ink replacement.
