I bought the new Hp Envy 7155 printer. When it tried to calibrate the new ink cartridges, it was unsuccessful. I tried taking the cartridges out and putting back in and still unsuccessful. Should I return the printer to the store?

Are there any error messages or blinking lights other than the alignment failure? The alignment will fail if black and color (typically cyan) are not properly printing.
Did you remove the protective tape from the print cartridges?
Please print a diagnostic page as shown in Step 8 of the document here. Do black and color properly print, or are one or both missing?
