Product: OJ Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just installed our new OJ Pro 7740 Printer and now I can't get Amazon app to print a sales receipt to it.  Seems ok with computer files!

Are you trying to print from the computer or from Mobile device. 

 

Have you tried to reinstall the amazon app and check if that works.
