HP ENVY 5052

Got a brand New Printer. Its showing me the error code OXC4EB8004 as soon as I turn it on. I have taken the ink cartridge out. I have unplug it from the back and the wall and waited and then repluged it back in multiple times. Still shows the same error code.

Hello,

Make sure that you have the printer connected to a direct current outlet and not a power strip or multiple sockets.

If this is the case, to try to resolve a stuck cart on this model of printer, please follow the step-by-step steps indicated on this link:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05557340

If this error still occurs when you turn on the printer, I recommend that you contact HP Technical Support directly: http://www.hp.com/go/assistance

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Best regards,
