I recently replaced all 4 ink cartridges in the printer and ever since, the black will  not work. I've taken the cartridges out, returned them, purchased new ones in case the black was faulty, but it still wouldn't work. I've aligned the printer heads multiple times, reset the printer by unplugging from the back and the wall and waiting 60 seconds, restored default factory settings and cleaned the printer head and copper contacts with cotton swabs and distilled water. Every color works except black and it was fine until I changed the ink cartridges on it because black ink was out. Please help as I don't know what else it could be or how to solve this issue without getting a new printer.

@bobdog17, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I'm afraid this seems like an issue with the printhead of the printer. Since you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Note: To troubleshoot print quality issues on a HP Photosmart 6520, refer to this document.

After following those steps, there is nothing else or options to choose from. After I entered the serial number, country, etc, it just told me my warranty was expired and unless I'm missing something the only option it gave me was to redirect to the community forum which is where I already posted this question. There was no other number, email, person or location to send my issue to.
