Hi since we started using the HP ink service- the ink that I receive does not print Red- only yellow. I have called HP and done all of the trouble shooting. HP sent new ink and it still does not print red only yellow.

I understand the printer is not printing red. This has nothing to do with the Instant Ink program. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue with the printhead as you have already replaced the ink cartridges.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
