Product: Office jet pro 6960
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I dont print alot at all but it says my blue ink has run out. Its a new printer is this normal? Or is it a defect? Ive printed like 30 times maybe

Welcome to HP support community.

 

The cartridges that came with the printer are setup cartridges.

Those are good only to setup the printer and print few pages.

You will have to use regular cartridges on the printer.

These are the ones that came with it it says XL on them i dont think they would be tester ones..
