Product: OfficeJet 6958
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

Printer worker fine, ran low on black ink, replaced with brand new HP 902 black cartridge and no NO black appears after all diagnostic functions performed recommended by HPon line.

Did you run the head cleaning 3 - 4 times in a row?

Yes, I twice cleaned it 3 times in a row. Not a speck of black showed up on any of the test sheets.
