I unwrapped cart followed all instructions printer made printing noises paper blank repeated test papers. Removed cart with damp towel cleaned bottom of cartridge. Cleaned gold contacts Printer recognizes cart gives me full ink estimate. Still blank paper help!!!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
