Hello,
My printer does not print color even on the Print Quality Diagnostics page and there are gaps in the text when it prints in black and while (see attached).
I have cleaned the the cartridges and the ink levels show about 2/3 full. The printer does not make any unusual noises and scanning works (the attached image was scanned), but copying a document results in a low quality output with faint color, gaps, and smears.
I appreciate any assistance that anyone can provide.

You can try soaking the color cartridge printhead only in hot water for about 5 mins. then drying the cartridge.
Try printing.

The printhead is the part of the cartridge where the ink comes out.
