Product: HP Inkjet Pro6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having difficulty printing documents sent to my printer, but no issues when printing test pages it works just fine, only when I send documents to be printed from my computer in my network it doesn't come out right, it's faded, can barely see that it printed anything but it's super light grey and for some reason bigger text prints good but smaller text you can hardly see. Of course the warrant JUST expired October 24th, 2019. Help!

Use the steps in this link to clean the printhead.
