No option to print in colour

Hi

I seem to have lost the option to print in colour to my HP Envy 4527 from applications such as Microsoft Word.  The option used to be on the printer properties but probably around a year ago, I lost this option.  I've only been able to print in B&W since.  I've tried re-installing the complete software and drivers multiple times but it's made no difference.

I've waited a while just in case a Windows update or a new HP driver might come along to fix this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
