Product: HP envy photo 7100
Operating System: iOS

I am having a hard time trying to print on my wedding rsvp envelop. The size envelop is not a choice on the printer or the app. There are smaller sizes avail but it keeps showing an error message for not matching.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

What size envelopes are you using?

Kindly refer to the product specifications to know the supported paper size by the printer under 'paper handling'.

 

You may also try creating a custom size if you do not find the required paper size option

Refer to this document to know how.
