I have bought this printer but there are no setup cartridges with it so will not let me print. Is there any way of getting any or bypassing this? I really don’t want to take this printer back to the shop as it’s over 20 miles away. Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks.

Would like to inform you that this printer does not come with setup cartridge's

 

Also I would like you to go through the box once again to make sure you have not received cartridge's.


kindly buy a new set of regular cartridges .

Thanks for taking the time to reply Rutz.  Unfortunately the display message for the printer states ‘use setup cartridges’. It also says on the box the cartridges should be included. Desperately need help.

SETUP Cartridges are not available in stores outside HP.  If you don't find them in the box then the only way to get them would be to contact HP Tech Support. Use the below URL to do so.

If you have already installed the regular cartridges ( Non Setup ), then kindly check your inbox ( Envelope icon on top right of this page) for bypassing this error.
