Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read about HP Photosmart Wireless All-in-One Printer and it does not pick up the paper.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
- Perform a reset.
- Check the condition of the paper, and then reload it.
- Clean the rollers.
- Adjust the paper settings in the print driver.
Click here to refer the document and perform these steps.
If the issue is resolved and you appreciate my help,
Please click the "Accept as Solution" button and the "Thumbs Up".
Let me know how you make out.
Cheers.

Thanks for your reply.! Iv tried all sorts of paper, resorting to HP manufacture eventually . Also I find if I keep cancelling the paper empty messagage and keep pressing print it moves the paper slightly each time . It will eventually print .!!
looks like your advice is on the ball .! Which rollers do I clean , using what to clean them ? How do I perform a reset ?
unfortunately the manual has disappeared over a period of time .!!

Whilst waiting for further advice I cleaned the rollers at the back of the machine with a mild detergent cloth and then a damp cloth . Sent a clean sheet of paper through and it picked it up first time.
Looks good so far but I'll report back when I have time to assess it properly .!! Thanks again for your help . !!

Thanks for the super quick reply.
Follow these steps to reset the printer to factory settings.
- Turn the product off. Disconnect the power cable from the product for 30 seconds and then reconnect.
- Turn the product on while you press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds. The Attention light turns on.
- Release the Resume button. The Attention and Ready lights cycle while the product restores factory defaults.
Click here to refer the document and perform these steps.
I realize this is a lot of things to consider, but I hope it helps,
and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,
please mark this post as a solution accepted.
Kudos would also be appreciated.
Cheers.

Disconnected lead and switched back on holding the button after the delay but no red light, The printer just switched back on.!
Just wonder if worth bothering about reset as I pushed the print button whilst the printer was on and it picked the paper up first time ??
