Please help.  I have updated the new software for my printer and inserted new ink cartridges however when I print it says it's printing... it sounds like it's printing but I get a blank page.

 

Very frustrated.  I have switched on and off, reloaded the printer on my system, removed and re-inserted cartridges but still nothing.  It won't even print a test page. Nothing, nada, zip!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is printing blank pages.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

  • Are you able to make a copy?
  • What is the operating system you are using?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
