Hi there,

I would start with resetting the network defaults

Also check that you have not setup an administrator by mistake.

Good luck

It sounds like someone has setup an Administrator on the printer.

Did you originally setup the printer or did it used to belong to someone else?

Try this document  http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c02886889&lang=en&cc=us&taskI...

It talks about setting up networking

This link is to the manual  http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/manualCategory?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&document=&product=4323659

You could also do a factory reset which is given in this thread

Good luck

  3. Hit the > button to "Reset" Menu
  4. Hit the > button to Semi-Full Reset
