New everything -- does not print color Word or Excel, but does print color Outlook

@Nonie41, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This seems like an application-specific issue. 

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

 

If the issue is only limited to Word and Excel, try updating the MS office software on the PC

Refer to this document to know how.

 

You may also try repairing MS office. Click here to know how.

 

Also, check for windows updates. Reboot the PC, try printing.
