I subscribe to Instant Ink.  The last cartridge replacement was about 2 months ago.  My printer warranty expired on November 28, 2019.  It stopped printing black about a week ago.  I went through 2 rounds of print head cleaning, down to level 3.  Initially, no black came out at all on the test sheet.  After the first 3rd level  cleaning, it looked pretty good.  After the second, it looked nearly perfect.  All seemed OK until yesterday.  No black ink again.  First level cleaning got no black.  the 3rd level cleaning is barely acceptable.  I'm using a lot of ink with print head cleaning.  Is this an ink problem?  Thanks.  Larry

Apologies for the inconvenience. This seems like an issue with the black ink cartridge. As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.

Kumar, Thanks for your reply.  I just installed the new Instant Ink cartridges, and it prints perfectly again.  Must have been a bad ink batch.  Larry
