Product: Office Jet Pro 6975
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Purchased printer in October '19. Was not installed but packed away due to a move. Forgot about printer in new home till recently. Tried to power up and install, but printer would not power. A9T80-60008 power module has light and proper voltages output, but when on button is pushed nothing happens.

HP Recommended

Unit is under warranty if you purchased in October.  I would contact HP and not waste time trying to troubleshoot yourself.
