Product: Office Jet Pro 9018

Just opened my Office Jet Pro 9018. While installing the new ink cartridges they keep popping back out and not staying in place. They are spring loaded and the springs will push the cartridges back out of the machine. Any solutions? I'm giving HP one more chance but ready to return to store. Thanks in advance!

HP Recommended

Try pushing ink cartridge little harder to activate the cartridge lock.
