Product: Officejet pro 8610

I have an office jet pro 8610, and it has been having an incredibly difficult time printing on cardstock.

When it prints, it is printing only half of the page, as if it is loading incorrectly.

Forexample, I'm printing 5×7 cardstock invitations. The middle of the invitation is at the top of the page and the bottom of the print will be in the middle page, with the bottom of the page empty. 

I have changed all the preferences to cardstock or even thick plan paper. I've tried loading it a single piece at a time, 5, or even 10. Is there a different tray that I need?

What is the weight of the cardstock? Max is 110 lb index.
