As of last week, we are no longer able to print on our OfficeJet 3830 from our Surface laptop. We were able to uninstall and reinstall the printer software. When we try to print, everything goes as normal but in the print queue under status it will just say "Error-Printing." There are no error messages on the printer. We are able to print from a tablet so the printer still works. We are not sure what the issue it.
