Even though I've tried removing and placing the ink cartridge back in countless times, I'm still having great trouble with this issue. The ink cartridge is not empty, it's full and does not appear to be damaged in any way. The software on the printer is up to date as well, and I've already tried restarting/unplugging and re-plugging it. I have no idea what to do left, I have assignments that rely on this printer and I'm going crazy.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
