Just moved to a new apartment and have a new wifi. When I try to set up the printer by resetting the printer default, I get the message, "This feature has been locked by your system administrator or the person who set up the printer." Help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you. Resetting the printer to its factory settings may resolve this issue:
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
